A few from today
I woke up a little early and took a few photos today. I was actually looking for some deer that I see most mornings on my way to work. Funny on my day off they are not there. Oh well..

Sunglow Pier
You would think with all of the photos that I take that I would have photos all over my walls. To tell the truth this is one of the few photos that I actually have up. When I first took the photo I did not realize that the bird had flown into the frame, and in my mind it made the photo what it is. Looking back at this photo I think it has to be one of my favorite photos that I have taken.

The Fog
I have been going through some my older photos lately and I came across this one that I took at the City Center in Port Orange. I was on my way to take some wildlife photos when I came upon this scene and I had to stop for the shot. It turned out to be the photo of the day

Raccoon at Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge
Earlier this year I took a trip to Sanibel, FL and one of the places on my list to visit was Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge. Going back through the photos from the trip I found this one of a Raccoon licking the morning dew off a sea grape leaf.
I was taking some photos of White Pelicans when I happened to look down and see this little guy. I had just enough time to take a few shots before he moved into thicker cover and continue on with his morning. I got a little bit lucky with this one but I will take it. I will post more of my photos of my trip to Ding Darling in the near future.

Nice Surprise
On Tuesday when I got home from work I found a nice surprise in the field behind my house. I had just walked in the door and was letting my dog out when I noticed a deer walk by. I came back inside my house got my camera and quietly walked out back and I was able to get some nice photos of the deer. I have been wanting to get some photos of a deer for sometime now and it was nice not to have to go very far in the end to get one.
I will now be posting my non baseball photos again on this blog now that I have my MiLB Infocus blog on the MLBlog network.
